Scheduling and Cancellations

We appreciate advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, Mindful Space CO is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from defective materials or surfaces. We carry appropriate insurance for your protection. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
